I am Tomasz Olas, a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Wrocław, Poland, with more than 20 years of professional software development experience . I combine strong technical expertise with analytical thinking, architectural awareness and a practical understanding of business needs.
My experience covers the full application lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to implementation, integration and production delivery. I work primarily with Angular and TypeScript , Java, Spring Framework and Spring Boot , and Oracle and PostgreSQL .
I bring a full-stack perspective , considering how frontend architecture, backend services, APIs, databases, performance and maintainability work together as a system.
As a senior engineer, I contribute beyond implementation through technical decision-making, architecture discussions, mentoring, code quality and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.
I graduated in Software Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and I am also a member of Mensa , where I value analytical reasoning and problem-solving.
